It is with great anticipation—and just a touch of delightful mischief—that word travels through the social airwaves of an affair most refined, yet undeniably indulgent.

On Saturday, May 9th, from 2–6 PM, the lawns and parlors of Temple Hills, Maryland shall host an afternoon of elegance, lineage, and soft power: High Tea, a Mother’s Day–inspired gathering where grace is the dress code and presence is the true luxury.

Guests are strongly encouraged—nay, expected—to arrive adorned in their finest Regency-inspired fashions. Corsets, gloves, tailored coats, heirloom jewelry, dramatic hats, polished boots… all are welcome, so long as the look whispers old money confidence with a modern wink. One must remember, after all, that society is always watching.

And watching it shall be—because the most impeccably dressed gentleman and lady in attendance will be rewarded handsomely with $300 in prizes and cash. Vanity, when executed tastefully, has its perks.
